Book #4: Drive by Dan Pink.

In his bestselling book, Drive, Dan Pink recognises the value of effectiveness in the workplace. Pink refers to a Results-Only Work Environment, abbreviated as R-O-W-E, where the focus is on results rather than a rigid schedule of working hours. What matters most is the work you do, not the hours you do.

This principle applies from a leadership perspective, where you, as a leader, are more concerned by the work being done by your people, rather than the hours when the work is being done. For example, effective leaders focus on the quality of work being produced, rather than what time people come in to work.
